Supporting social impact and sustainability in the communities where we operate.

Since establishing its operations in Höchstädt in 2020, BAP Pharma GmbH has placed strong emphasis on being an active and responsible member of the local community. Beyond its role as a global provider of pharmaceutical services, the company is committed to making a positive social impact in the regions where it operates. This commitment was recently demonstrated through donations to four charitable organisations supporting Animal Welfare, a volunteer Fire Brigade, a Paediatric ward at Dillingen Hospital and a Food Bank, across the Höchstädt an der Donau area.

The official handover took place during a donation ceremony in Höchstädt, attended by Dr. Bashir Parker, Founder and Managing Director of BAP Pharma, Andy Rawson, Head of Global Business Development, Martin Pubanz, Managing Director of BAP Pharma GmbH, and Alexander Diedrich, Office Manager. Together, they presented the donations to representatives of the beneficiary organisations, recognising their efforts and the meaningful difference they make to individuals, families and the wider community.

Dr. Bashir Parker, Founder and Managing Director of BAP Pharma, added: “Building a successful global business goes hand in hand with being a responsible corporate citizen. Our presence in Höchstädt is not just about our operations; it is about long-term partnership with the community. Supporting organisations that care for people, connect generations, and strengthen social cohesion is an integral part of our values and our commitment to sustainable growth.”

Commenting on the initiative, Martin Pubanz, Managing Director, Germany, highlighted the importance of local engagement: “As a company, we want to help where we operate. These organisations do indispensable work for our community, often relying on voluntary support and donations to continue delivering vital services. We are proud to contribute to their efforts and to stand alongside them in strengthening the social fabric of the region.”

These activities form part of BAP Pharma’s wider Community Engagement Strategy, which sits within the company’s broader ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) framework. These initiatives reflect BAP Pharma’s belief that long-term business success is inseparable from social responsibility, local partnership, and sustainable development – principles embedded within the company’s Community Engagement Strategy and broader ESG framework.

Through continued investment, leadership involvement and collaboration with local organisations, BAP Pharma will continue to play an active role in supporting the wellbeing and long-term sustainability of local communities.
