BAP Portal
Our dedicated portal enables registered healthcare professionals to request access to medicines for eligible patients through structured access programs.
Secure. Compliant. Streamlined Access.
Accessing medicines outside of commercial availability or clinical trials can be complex, with varying regulatory pathways across countries.
The BAP Portal provides a centralised platform for healthcare professionals to submit and manage patient requests within Early Access, Named Patient, and other Managed Access Programs.
Designed to support compliance with local regulations and program requirements, the portal enables efficient coordination between healthcare professionals, sponsors, and BAP Pharma teams.
Who is it for
The BAP Portal is designed for healthcare professionals managing patients who may benefit from access to medicines outside of standard commercial pathways. Through the portal, clinicians can submit patient requests, track progress, and manage ongoing treatment supply within approved access programs.
For patients seeking information on potential access options, we recommend speaking directly with your treating physician or contacting our Medicines Access team.
For sponsors, the BAP Portal offers full visibility and control over their access programs. Each client is provided with a dedicated login, allowing real-time tracking of patient requests, order status, and overall program activity.
The portal is designed to be highly flexible, enabling BAP to tailor each program to the sponsor’s specific requirements – including the data collected, workflow design, and reporting outputs. It also supports streamlined real-world data collection, reducing the burden on healthcare professionals by avoiding the need for multiple systems or duplicate processes.
How it works
Healthcare professionals can register on the BAP Portal and, once verified, submit patient requests under applicable access programs. Each request is reviewed in line with program criteria and sponsor requirements.
Following submission, BAP Pharma coordinates the necessary regulatory, operational, and supply chain activities to support the request. The portal also enables healthcare professionals to monitor the progress of their requests and manage ongoing treatment supply where applicable.
